Absolutely fantastic service on my Marshall amp- it sounds better than ever. Mark is thorough, very fairly priced and communicated with me every step of the way. He's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does- as soon as I dropped off the amp I knew it was in good hands. As others have stated, Mark is very friendly and answered every question I had in detail. I would trust him to do a stellar job with any of my music gear.

I have 30 years of stage and live-sound with plenty of touring and currently have a small recording studio. My go-to guys in my old hometown are out of reach, so I needed a new source for repair in Wilmington. I can rebuild an electric guitar or switch out the fan in a recording console. I can build my own cables. Amp and mic repair are over my head. I brought mic a 1970's Marshall 2098 Lead 100 that I had replaced the pigtail on right before it died. He brought it back to excellent condition and did not overcharge or do unnecessary work. His knowledge base is way way way over the top. He is great with communication via text regarding work either to be performed or the results. The real deal.

I took my B-15n to Mark for a recap, general check over and do what's necessary. Mark is totally skilled on tube amps and Ampeg in particular. He's excellent, honest and reasonable. Great communication and pictures of everything done. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mark takes care of working musicians first which is a great thing, but if you’ve got vintage home audio gear that needs help he 100% is the man, full stop. Might take a while, but he’ll tell you that. He keeps you updated every step of the way. The guy is just a wealth of knowledge and my old Pioneer SX850 sounds better than ever. Thanks again Mark!
